Supply your own brand-new trainer or jacket and we'll take it off the price. Items must be new or like-new — we'll inspect on arrival.

From the moment you book to the moment your piece arrives, here's exactly what happens — and what we ask of you.
Pick a tier on the order form and pay the £25 consultation fee. That books your slot in the production queue and unlocks our design call.
You'll get a confirmation email with a link to choose a 30-minute slot in JM's calendar.
We meet on video, voice, or WhatsApp — your call. JM asks about who or what this piece is for, the references that matter to you, base item, size, and timeline.
Send Pinterest boards, photos, lyrics, or anything else by email before or after — there's no upload form, just real conversation.
JM puts together a digital mockup — composition, colours, key motifs. You review and either approve or ask for changes.
Each tier includes design revisions (1 on Signature, 2 on Artist, 3 on Masterpiece). Once you sign off, the design is locked.
On approval, you get a secure payment link for the balance (tier price minus the £25 already paid). When that lands, the work begins.
Production runs 4–12 weeks depending on tier. You'll get progress updates and behind-the-scenes content if you ordered the video add-on.
Finished photos by email. Your piece is dispatched the same week with free UK delivery, dust bag, and a printed care card.
Gifts include a handwritten note from JM — receipts left out of the package.
