We spend 30 minutes (video, voice, or WhatsApp — your choice) talking through your story, the piece you want to create, base trainer or jacket options, sizing, and timeline. You'll leave with a clear direction and a date for your first design mockup.

Three stages. £25 when you book your design call (credited to your final price). Once you approve the mockup, a 50% deposit starts the painting. The balance is due before dispatch.

Most pieces are finished 2–4 weeks from design approval, depending on the design and the queue. Rush slots are sometimes available — ask on your call.

Yes, with conditions. Items must be brand-new or in very clean, like-new condition. We'll inspect on arrival and can refuse anything unsuitable. Customer-supplied items get a £40 discount on Signature and Artist tiers.

Leather and synthetic surfaces use professional-grade acrylic leather paint sealed with a flexible matte finisher. Fabric uses heat-set textile paint. Both are long-lasting in normal wear, but no paint is fully bulletproof — care matters. See the Care Guide below.

A light shower won't ruin a sealed pair, but they're not designed as wet-weather shoes. Heavy rain, mud, or extended soaking will eventually wear the finish. Treat them like a piece of art that you happen to wear.

No machine wash, no dry clean, no ironing over painted areas. Spot clean non-painted fabric with a damp cloth. Hang to air after wearing. Treat the paint like a print on a vintage tee — it's the part you want to protect.

Each tier includes one to three revision rounds — we keep going until you're happy. If you ever want to walk away before approving the design, just say so. We don't start production until you've signed off.

Yes, rush slots are limited and quoted by tier (£150 Signature/Artist, £200 Masterpiece). Mention it on the order form or call and we'll confirm what's possible.

Free delivery within the UK. International shipping is available — costs are quoted on your consultation call and added to your final balance.

Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, bespoke goods are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation right once production starts. You can cancel any time before you approve the design — the £25 consultation fee is non-refundable. If your finished piece arrives faulty, contact us within 7 days with photos and we'll put it right.

Yes — just tick the 'this is a gift' box on the order form and add the recipient's name and a short message. We include a handwritten card with the finished piece and leave any receipts out of the package.
